Project Details
The Job Performance Aid (JPA) was a new training product we were developing while I was at D2 TEAM-Sim. The purpose was to create an inexpensive training product that we could produce rapidly, and without needing senior software or training development resources.
The prototype we developed was for a response to a solicitation, and required us to produce the JPA in both English and Arabic. The framework I architected allowed us to build the initial English version of the training, and then essentially make a new copy and replace the assets with their Arabic counterparts. The prototype was completed in days.
I was responsible for the project management of the entire effort. I managed the development and creative team, recruited the voice-over talent, developed the instructional design and the voice over scripts.
